- Hummus dip with carrot and celery sticks (we like the Black Swan brand)
- 2 Vita-Weats with a thin slice of cheese
- 150 g tub of low-fat fruit yoghurt
- 4 prunes
- 1 rice cake spread with peanut butter (buy whole grain)
- Small pack of Weight Watchers potato crisps
- Mug of hot vegetable or pumpkin soup
