My recipes are both healthy AND practical, designed as quick ideas for busy women to cook on working days of the week. My philosophy in the kitchen is: "Cook it quick, keep it light"  AND "Maximum result, minimum effort".  Some are from my books, some are new ideas I’ve experimented with, and some have been passed on to me by friends.
