Simple yet stunning. Make this easy dessert when peaches are in season. Works well with nectarines too. This is one recipe that has to be done at the last minute - but it's quick.
1. Cut peaches into halves and remove stone.
2. Place sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, dip peaches into sugar cut side down to coat the flesh.
3. Place under hot griller for 5-7 minutes depending on their thickness or until sugar has melted and started to glaze. Arrange two halves on a plate or bowl, add a wedge of ricotta then drizzle with honey.
