Did you know about a new study that shows how tea (yes, regular tea) can help to lower your risk of mortality? In this month's newsletter, I will share this and tackle the question of how to lose weight easily WITHOUT going on a diet.
In this October edition of the Foodwatch newsletter, I tell you that claims that drinking tea helps you stay young are true - and I include a study that proves it . The study found that tea intake was associated with lower mortality risk among those drinking two or more cups per day. These findings suggest that tea, even at higher levels of intake, can be part of a healthy diet.
