This issue of the newsletter is devoted to a sneak preview of a book on ancient grains. I wrote the history and nutritional information that accompanies the yummy recipes like this millet-based cheescake. We also talk about Go Red for Women, EatKit for June and our Instagram Photo Challenge for June. There's also a special offer for Foodwatch newsletter subscribers.

So what are these grains and are they good for you? Can they taste good as well as be good and are they worth including in your diet? Read the June issue of the Foodwatch Newsletter to learn more.
The next EatKit chat is on Wednesday 19 June 2013 at 9pm AEST. Our topic this month is Ancient and alternative grains - health or hype? Check out the June Newsletter to see the five discussion questions.
