May 13 – 19 is Food Allergy Awareness Week and so in this issue of the Foodwatch Newsletter we talk about food allergies – what they are; how serious they are and what you need to know about them.
May 23 is the official date for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea so we'll talk about all things tea and also how you can get involved in this worthwhile fundraiser.
Our product of the month is UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats. Read how I like to eat them and I'd love to hear your favourite recipe.
There’s a wealth of information on the Foodwatch Website about food allergies and if you or someone in your family has one, read our newsletter. We'll point you in the right direction with links that will take you where you need to look and lots of recipes for food allergy sufferers.
This month’s EatKit, on Wednesday 15 May from 9 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney & Melbourne time which is GMT+10) or 8.30 ACST (Adelaide) or 6pm AWST (Perth), is our contribution to Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea (ABMT) which is held across the nation on Thursday 23 May. Check out the May Issue to read more.
