Starting the day with a good breakfast is important for us all. It gives us an edge. Unfortunately 25 percent of Aussie kids leave home without it and probably an even greater percentage of adults.

That's why I think we should all start the day with a nutritious, healthy breakfast but just what is that? Our July Newsletter looks at all things "breakfast".

What makes a good breakfast?

I don't know about you but weekdays and weekends call for different breakfasts. I guess it's all about the time available. However, weekend or weekday, cereal or cooked breakfast, it IS important to have something nutritious to start your day.

In the July issue...

We look at:

  • How to choose a good breakfast cereal
  • My top ten breakfast cereals
  • All about those liquid breakfasts that are becoming so popular
  • Where to find breakfast info on the Foodwatch website
  • Product of the Month: Benefiber sachets
