In this month’s newsletter, I’ll let you know about a new study into the quality of your diet and whether you can ‘outrun’ it, in terms of having less heart disease and fewer cancers. Research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine last month has found that high levels of physical activity do NOT counteract the detrimental effects of a poor diet on people’s mortality risk.
