In a recent study, researchers looked into the quality of diet and whether exercise is enough on its own to lower the incidence of heart disease and cancer.  Can we 'outrun' disease or is diet equally or more important. I also tackle the age-old question of how much iodine do we really need. This month I look at this and more... 

In this month’s newsletter, I’ll let you know about a new study into the quality of your diet and whether you can ‘outrun’ it, in terms of having less heart disease and fewer cancers.   Research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine last month has found that high levels of physical activity do NOT counteract the detrimental effects of a poor diet on people’s mortality risk.
