Yay for nuts and legumes - the new nutrition heroes
No video selected.

There's always research going on into ageing and nutrition and this time, they've found that a higher intake of nuts and legumes (such as dried peas, beans and lentils) is related to better cognition and less cognitive decline with age. Impressively, this study had six years of follow-up. Wow! This month I look at this and more...

In this month’s newsletter, I’ll let you know about a recent study into cognition and how it declines with age (and how you can slow it down). I’ll also share the latest posts from the Foodwatch website, and tackle nuts and legumes and why I love them.  And there's a great offer on my book Nutrition for Life if you haven't got it yet. All this and more, this month.

You can find the June  Newsletter online here, or better still, why not  subscribe?

With more than 20,000 in our community, my monthly newsletter is your fix of nutrition advice, tips, tools, hacks, inspiration and real-life strategies that help you live a healthy life and unleash your energy and potential.
